cs_upsilon_assault - Hostage Rescue

Based on cs_assault by CryptR (lmuur@dlc.fi)
Also based on my previous assault map,
cs_epsilon_assault. Similar to how omega_assault
is an upgraded version of delta_assault, this map
is an "upgrade" of epsilon_assault.
Changes from cs_epsilon_assault:
-There are SIX hostages (explained later)
-CT Tower has extension
-Backdoor can be opened from inside also
-Vent has extra exit
-Small tower at CT spawn, similar to omega's
-Hostage basement has venthole to inside
-Extra containers + crates inside
-Minor alteration near back door
-More high lights inside are connected by bar
-hidden Mac-10 is now a TMP
-Completely new basement
-Stairs from inside and from bridge go to it
-2 hostages are down there (there are still
4 in the main hostage room, so 6 total)
